The Cambridge Health Alliance Center for Professional and Academic Development was established for CHA's credentialed medical staff and allied health staff by the CHA Provider Organization (CHAPO) in 2011 to:

  • Align academic pursuits and CHA's strategic aims

  • Help clinicians lead improvement and change

  • Provide internal and external opportunities

  • Celebrate and disseminate clinician accomplishments
